Who we are,and why we care.
Siso Healthcare is a domiciliary care provider offering support to adults aged 18 and over and to older people. We work with people who have dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities and other long-term conditions.
There’s no place like home.
We believe the best place to receive care is usually home, among familiar people, things, and routines.
Home is where your memories live, where your routines make sense, and where the people and things you love are close by. Our role is to make staying there safe, comfortable and dignified — for as long as it’s right for you.

It all begins by listening.
We learn what matters to each person, what a good day looks like, and what support they want. Then we write a care plan together, review it often, and change it when needs change.
We listen
We learn what matters to you, what a good day looks like, and the support you want — in your own words.
We plan together
We write your care plan with you and your family, built around your routines, preferences and wishes.
We review often
We review the plan regularly and change it whenever your needs change — so your care always fits.
To offer consistent, empowering care that enables people to live comfortably, confidently, and independently in their own homes — ensuring every person feels valued, respected, and fully supported.
By promoting independence, personalising each aspect of care, and prioritising emotional wellbeing, we enhance quality of life for adults and older people from all walks of life.
Promises we always keep.
These commitments guide every visit, every care plan and every conversation we have with the people we support and their families.
- Treat everyone with respect and kindness
- Keep people safe and safeguard those who are vulnerable
- Listen to feedback and act on it
- Train and support our carers well
- Work to the standards set by the Care Quality Commission
